Payment

Payment options include monthly, quarterly or for the season in full. All payments are due at the beginning of the payment period selected. Payment options include:

• Interac e-transfer
• Visa / Mastercard
• Post-dated cheques payable to Brenda Berge

Invoices will be provided upon request. Tax receipts will be provided upon request with two weeks notice.

 

Cancellation Policy and Make-up Lessons

A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in full payment.

Make-up lessons will be held at a mutually convenient time for both student and teacher. Unattended make-up lessons will be forfeited regardless of notice.

 

Illness

Lessons will not be made up or refunded for any student who is sent home after attempting to attend their lesson in a state of illness. 

Zoom lessons will be available for students who are under the weather but well enough to sing.

 

Inclement Weather

Contact the teacher to confirm cancellation.

 

Music Books and Supplies

Students are responsible for purchasing music books and supplies recommended by the teacher.

Students are expected to bring a notebook and all music books to each lesson.

 

Exams and Music Festivals

Students must consult the teacher before registering for examinations, festivals or auditions.

It is the student/parent’s responsibility to acquire registration forms and complete applications.

 

Scheduling Requests

Scheduling requests will come on a first come, first served basis. Scheduling requests for the following year will be taken during the month of June.

 

Withdrawal From Lessons

Students agree to 30 days written notice of withdrawal from lessons. Any prepaid fees beyond the 30 days notice period will be refunded in full.
